To ensure that the cheese does not remain in transit for an excessive amount of time, orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays are not shipped. All orders received after that time and until Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This way, we prevent the product from suffering delays and maintain its optimal freshness and flavor.
