Online Sales Conditions / Returns
These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between the company QUESERÍA ARTESANAL LA SOLANA, S.L. and its online customers ("The customer").
Before making any transaction, the customer acknowledges knowing and declares accepting these conditions from the moment they click on the "I Accept" button.
Particular Conditions of Sale
The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price components, weight, quantity, color, product details, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares accepting them without any reservation. The placement of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, applicable only to the order.
Shipping costs based on the total amount of the order:
- Shipping costs → €8
- From €100 → free
DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas may experience a delay of approximately 1 day beyond the indicated times.
WARRANTY All products in our Online Store meet the same quality requirements in manufacturing as those sold in physical stores. In addition, our after-sales service will help you solve any type of problem that may arise with your purchases.
PURCHASE SECURITY Quesería Artesanal La Solana reserves the right to hold any order for security reasons, in which case affected customers will be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe that we cannot verify the shipping and billing information or consider that it involves resale purposes by the buyer.
CURRENCY Our prices are expressed in euros. VAT included in the price.
RETURNS Returns are not accepted, except for product deterioration caused by the transport agency, at the time of receipt. Returns must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund or exchange. If you have further questions, our customer service line will try to resolve them.
